VisionRMS
VisionRMS is a Microsoft .NET application
that extends functionality, enhances productivity,
and
increases usability. These benefits carry
through in the brand new Windows XP look
and feel user
interface with an updated front screen, toolbar,
and data entry screens. Design changes have
streamline data entry, eliminating the need
for additional keystrokes and mouse movement.
VisionRMS
currently runs on SQL 2000 and is configured
to run on SQL 2005.
Four cross-jurisdictional master databases
- Address, Name, Property, and Vehicle -
are central to the
power of the VisionRMS system, so users avoid
duplication and save time during data entry.
If a Master
Name entry is the subject of an outstanding
civil paper or unserved warrant, the system
will
automatically alert the user. VisionRMS allows
for validation. State reporting is simplified
through an
intuitive validation process, which significantly
reduces the amount of time it takes to state
report.
VisionRMS separately stores original and
supplement reports, capturing the author
and approver of
each report.
VisionAIR clients can download VisionRMS
updates and maintenance releases via VisionAIR's
online
Client Service Center. This allows clients
to update their systems quickly, efficiently,
and at their
convenience. |
