VisionFBR
VisionFBR is a flexible Web-based forms solution with an intuitive user interface for paperless report entry from either the
field or the office.
The most significant enhancement of VisionFBR is the new forms-based data entry that looks
just like the paper forms filled out by the officers. Officers will spend less time entering
reports and more time in the field keeping our communities safer. In addition, they can create accident diagrams using optional
drawing packages, and insert them into the accident reports. Agencies can now attach documents, drawings, or pictures to reports,
further enhancing the flexibility of VisionFBR.
With the inclusion of citations support, officers can leverage pre-population and a printer to issue citations, which significantly
speeds processing time, and reduces errors and legibility issues. Once the citation
is entered, it can be uploaded to VisionRMS and court systems, further reducing the amount
of manual processing required for each citation.
The forms available with VisionFBR have been expanded and now include: citation,
incident, accident/crash, custody, and field interview reports. |

writing narratives in VisionFBR, users have
a choice between Microsoft Word or VisionFBR's
built-in rich text editor. Both options provide
spell-check and various formatting options. |

form data is available in XML format, an open
industry standard. This provides the ability
