Hutchins Fire Rescue (TX) to Gain First Records Management System and First Mobile Data System through VisionAIR

VisionAIR’s Public Safety Suite® will bring automation to the Hutchins Fire Rescue.

Castle Hayne, NC—April 14, 2008—VisionAIR®, a leading provider of public safety software, announces a new contract with the Hutchins Fire Rescue in Texas. This is the first automated Records Management System and the first Mobile Data System for the Hutchins Fire Rescue, which was established in 1947.

The contract consists of products from VisionAIR’s Public Safety Suite, including: VisionFIRE, fire management system; VisionMOBILE, mobile data solution; and VisionLMS, learning management system. Additionally, the contract includes an interface to the CAD system at the Hutchins Police Department.

Fire Chief Stacey Hickson said, “With VisionAIR we found no hidden costs. The sales representative was very upfront and open with us and also worked within our budget. We appreciated being treated with the same respect as their larger accounts. We are very pleased that we found a vendor that is providing all the functionality we wanted in both a Fire Records Management System and a Fire Mobile Data System for a cost we can afford.”
