Client Service Center (CSC)
At VisionAIR we understand the need for exceptional communication with our users. For that reason, we have implemented the VisionAIR Client Service Center. VisionAIR is committed to growing with and adding value to our clients every step of the way. For this reason, we have compiled a range of helpful resources, including online technical support, web-based training, forums/newsgroups, product documentation, and a wealth of other useful information that can help take our clients to the next level in productivity, efficiency and success. The Client Service Center is extremely user-friendly, guiding even the most novice of users through simple steps to accomplish a variety of tasks that currently take hours or days to complete. |

| Our Client Service Help Desk is always available for software issues that hinder immediate or daily production. If, however, an agency has software issues that are not critical in nature, we want to ensure that these issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner as well. Issues that are not urgent may include defects, feature requests, or requirement changes on the local, state, or federal level. |

Annual Users’ Conference
Every year, VisionAIR hosts an Annual Users’ Conference to bring our clients together for a series of educational sessions. New and experienced users learn about our newest products, software enhancements, and the latest advances in public safety automation.
Information Systems personnel and System Administrators gain in-depth network and product expertise vital to their agencies’ operations. Members of VisionAIR’s Client Services, Documentation, and Development Departments are available for one-on-one interaction. VisionAIR’s Annual Users’ Conferences are excellent opportunities for users and potential users nationwide to come together, interact, and share knowledge. |

Product Focus Group
A product focus group is organized for each major product release at VisionAIR. These groups were established and are successfully managed by the Product Development Department of VisionAIR. This allows for an expanded and sustained level of input from clients throughout the product life cycle, from requirements analysis through to general availability. |
State Users Groups
In 1991, VisionAIR clients founded the first state user group in North Carolina. Since that time, clients in many other states have come together to form user groups. Group members communicate often through electronic list servers, and they hold meetings where they exchange ideas and learn more about VisionAIR solutions. Most meetings include a discussion of VisionAIR product enhancements as well as a free training session on a specific module. The meetings also give our clients a forum to provide feedback to VisionAIR about software enhancements and to discuss the future direction of public safety software technology as a whole. |

Client Newsletters
We keep our clients informed through our monthly e-newsletter. The newsletter features articles from Product Management highlighting product releases, from Client Services providing tips and knowledge base entries to help improve user efficiency, from Event Management sharing key industry and corporate conferences, and from a VisionAIR Executive relaying significant company activities. A client site and a business partner are also showcased in every newsletter. |
Industry Involvement
VisionAIR participates in state, regional, and national public safety conferences. We actively support industry associations, including the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), the National Sheriffs’ Association (NSA), the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO), the National Emergency Number Association (NENA), and the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC). Furthermore, VisionAIR is a member of both the Integrated Justice Information Systems (IJIS) Institute and the Industry Working Group (IWG). |
