VisionAIR employees receive a total compensation and benefits package which is competitive within our market and within our region. Our compensation programs recognize high performance and individual contribution while working in conjunction with our Performance Management Program. Learning
VisionAIR offers VisionLMS™, our own Learning Management System. VisionLMS not only offers coursework in VisionAIR’s software products, it also offers a wide range of third-party software training modules including the Microsoft Office Suite®, so that employees can learn new applications and stay up-to-date with training and available coursework. This is a valuable resource and great benefit for VisionAIR employees. |

Community
VisionAIR employees formed a team called ESAT (Employee Satisfaction and Activities Team). ESAT is committed to representing the VisionAIR employee base and addressing issues and concerns as they relate to employee morale. ESAT members also formed VisionCARE, the umbrella under which we participate in Community and volunteer activities such as the Special Olympics, American Heart Association Heart Walk, United Way, and the Food Bank of NC. In 2004 and in 2005, VisionCARE also worked to raise funds for Hurricane victims. |
