Each year, VisionAIR sets a training goal to provide learning and development opportunities to all our employees. We coordinate Lunch & Learn sessions, various health & financial seminars, soft-skills training, technical training and management training.

A key benefit we have at our fingertips is our VisionLMS product. VisionLMS is an online tool that not only offers coursework in VisionAIR products, it also offers a wide range of third-party software training modules including the Microsoft Office Suite, so that employees can learn new applications and stay up-to-date with training and available courseware. This is a valuable resource and a great benefit for VisionAIR employees.

VisionAIR supports employees who wish to continue their education to secure increased responsibility and growth within their professional careers. VisionAIR, at its discretion, may reimburse fees and expenses related to membership in a professional organization, or for gaining and holding a professional designation/certification.

VisionAIR also maintains a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner designation which allows our employees to gain access to the Microsoft Partner University library of course offerings.
