" Our department Dickson Police Department has used VisionAIR for several years. Our officers enter all of their own reports and it is very officer friendly. Whenever I have had technical problems the response has been handled in a very timely manner. All of the technicians that I have dealt with have always been very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I have always enjoyed talking and working with them.
